Fluorometer FM-625LS is equipped with a photodiode detector for high-sensitivity measurement of dsDNA concentration, with a lower detection limit of 0.5 ng/μl. Our dual-channel meter employs excitation filters at 460 ± 20 nm and 625 ± 20 nm, for accurate fluorescence measurement across different wavelengths. UV and blue fluorescence channels are used to measure fluorescent reagent intensity, for determining sample concentration upon binding with target molecules.
